OUR HISTORY: We began as an independent real estate company (Cumberland Valley Realty, Inc.) with a broker and two agents who listed and sold homes on Lake Barkley and in the Eddyville area. In 2003 we acquired our RE/MAX franchise, increased our staff to a broker, five full time agents and a staff assistant. We expanded our service area to all the surrounding communities. OUR LOCATION: Our office is located on highway 93 South about one and one half miles south of I-24, Exit 45 and five miles south of the main intersection in Eddyville.
